1) How does Villavakantiepark IJsselhof deal with the Corona virus?

We would like to inform you that we are closely monitoring the situation regarding the coronavirus. We take extra measures in the area of ​​hygiene and safety, both in the villas and at our reception and all the various facilities. We follow all advice from RIVM   

At our small-scale park you can enjoy a detached villa, located in peace, space and nature. All facilities are open. As of Saturday 25-09 on you can also visit the swimming pool without reservation.

Please note: When visiting places where it becomes busier, such as the catering industry, events, pop venues, theaters and cinemas, you need a corona ticket throughout the Netherlands.

Booking flexibility

Do you still feel a bit unsure about making a reservation? When you decide to book a stay in 2021, you can make one free rebooking up to 21 days before arrival with a latest arrival date up to and including 31/12/2021.This service is available for as long as the restrictons affect your reservation.

We also offer you flexibility to convert your holiday stay into a voucher up to 1 day before arrival in case of a closed border, negative travel advice to our region, or quarantine obligation upon arrival and / or return.

2) How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation quickly and easily 24 hours a day through our search and book.

For more information about making a reservation, you can also e-mail to the reception. The reception staff of the villavakantiepark will answer your questions as soon as possible.

3) Can I book children's furniture with my reservation?

You can book children's furniture (*):

  • High chair € 2.50 per night
  • Cot € 2.50 per night
  • Playpen € 2.50 per night
  • Children's pool € 2.50 per night
  • Toddler package (chair and bed) € 13
  • Baby package (chair, bed, box and bath) € 25

If you rent a childfriendly holiday home, the children's furniture (highchair, cot, playpen and children's pool) is already present in the holiday villa. If you need extra, you can rent it with us or bring your own.

The cot is exclusive of linen. Sheet package can be rented for € 5. These are 2 sheets (not a blanket).

(*) In type Childfriendly home and type Andijk there is for 1 baby children's furniture available.

4) What is included in the rent and what is not?

The rent includes:

6) From when to what time is the duration of a weekend, midweek and week stay?

Weekend stay
A weekend starts at 3 pm on Friday and ends at 10 am on Monday (3 nights).

Midweek stay
A midweek starts at 3 pm on Monday and ends at 10 am on Friday (4 nights).

Week stay
A week runs from Friday 3 pm to Friday 10 am or Monday 3 pm to Monday 10 am

In certain periods you can book the late and / or early bird arrangement, so that you can sleep late on departure day or on the arrival day earlier in your holiday home.

8) How is the payment procedure?

After receiving the booking confirmation, you pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount due.
Payment of the aforementioned amount must be made when booking online or within 7 days after the date of the confirmation also invoice of the reservation. The remainder of the total amount owed must have been received by IJsselhof no later than 6 weeks before the day of commencement of the IJsselhof booked as stated in the confirmation.

When booking within 6 weeks to 7 days before the start of your stay, the entire reservation amount must be paid online or within 7 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation.

When making a reservation within 1 week before the start of your stay, the total amount due must be paid directly online or on arrival.

9) What happens to my personal details?

IJsselhof ensures that your personal details remain strictly confidential. Your personal data will be treated carefully and secured in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The database is used for our guest administration. This data can also be used to provide targeted information and offers about our products and services.

10) Why do not I get a discount while it is mentioned on the site?

For discounts you always have to take into account the discount conditions.

Discount conditions

The discounts apply in certain periods for young families and seniors. The discount is on the basic rent. In order to qualify for the discount as a young family, the youngest child must be 4 years old or younger at the time of stay. In order to qualify for the discount as a senior, one of the guests must be 55 years of age or older at the time of stay.

If you have a special discount code, you must enter it yourself when booking on-line.

Most discounts can not be combined with other discounts.

11) Does Villavakantiepark IJsselhof have a special children's holidayhome?

Villavakantiepark IJsselhof has 6 specially equipped Child-friendly holiday homes. This homes has 7 single beds and a child's bed.

Some of these homes are located on the water, but for the safety of your children and for your holiday rest equipped with a fence. Other children's homes are situated on our quiet dike side, these are not located on the water. In addition, the holiday homes are equipped with washer and dryer, chest of drawers with changing mat, cot, children's bath box, stair gate above, secure sockets, wagon and outside a sandbox and picnic table.

12) Do I receive a payment confirmation?

If your payment has been transferred to account number NL86 RABO 0120 3217 69 of Villavakantiepark IJsselhof and is provided with the reservation number, you can assume that your payment has been received by us. You will receive an automatically generated payment confirmation if your e-mail address is known to us.

13) What are the opening times of the swimming pool?

The 'De Oase' swimming pool is closed at least until April 28th. Wenn it is possible to swimm again, we will inform you at your arrival.

14) What are the opening hours of the reception?

The reception opening times can be found on the information page about the reception.

15) What are the costs to book with preference?

If you prefer a certain villanumber, location, side by side, etc., you pay € 24.50 once and you have certainty of your choice.

When you book Online with us, you can click on the "Preferential booking" button to click on a holiday home you want (the ones that are still free are indicated in green). You will see this button after choosing a period in the calendar.

16) What kind of coffee maker is available?

There are filter coffee makers in our holiday homes. With the exception of the type Medemblik Wellness 6 there is also a Nespresso machine.

17) Is there Wi-Fi available in the park?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday park.

18) Are pets allowed?

Yes, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per holiday home.
Cost: € 5 per night per animal + € 20 extra cleaning

They must be kept on a leash at the park and stay in the villa only in the living room and hall.
At the entrance of the park you will find a large lawn where you can let your dog run.

20) Do I need a fishing license to fish at the holiday park?

Every year fish are released in the water at Villavakantiepark IJsselhof. It is about different types of carp and roaches.

You can fish for free from the jetty at your villa or at the fishing pond. You do not need a fishing license for this. Only if you go fishing outside the holiday park. For a license you can then go to Wervershoof at Hengelsprort / Dierenspeciaalzaak de Moel (at 4.5 km). We ask you to put the fish back in the water. It is not for consumption.
